Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take pets?
Yes we do, but we charge $20 per pet per night plus tax.
Are linens provided?
Yes all linens, sheets, towels, dishcloths are provided.
Do you have a Laundromat?
Yes but we use it ourselves until 4pm and then it is open for our guests.
Do you have a pool?
Yes we have an outdoor heated pool that is only open in high season.
Do you have a fire pit?
Yes we have two communal fire pits. We do not provide the wood.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4pm. If you will be arriving later than 9pm, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for you. Check-out is 10am.
How far are you from Charlottetown or Summerside?
We are about 30 minutes from either one. We are located between them.
How far are you from the beach?
We are about a 20-25 minute walk to the ocean or a 5 minute drive to the main beach with life guards.
How much do the washers and dryers cost and how long do they take?
The Washers are $2 per load and take about 55 minutes. The dryers also require $2 per load and take about 50 minutes.
How old are the cottages?
Cottages vary in ages and have all undergone various renovations with new flooring, furniture and so on over the years.
Can I book less than the minimum nights?
If you want to book less than our minimum nights, our front desk staff could assist you.
Generally, we will require a C$20-100 extra cleaning fee. The amount depends on the room.
